General Terms and Conditions for Use of the Website

Article 1: General

Any access to the “WINNIPEG” website (www.winnipeg.be) and to the information it contains is entirely subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions below.

WINNIPEG, hereafter referred to as “the site” or “the website”, is a website hosted by PRODUWEB SA, a company established at Rue de Lantin 149, 4000 Liège.

The WINNIPEG website is administered by Mrs Fabienne Frère, hereafter referred to as “the manager”, whose registered office is established at Route de Genval 18, 1380 Lasne and who is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under the number 0598.993.509.

Any infringement is liable to result in civil or criminal proceedings against the offender.

The website is updated regularly, and great care is taken to check the relevance of the information contained therein. However, the manager cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, integrity, timeliness, precision and completeness of all the information contained therein. Likewise, the manager cannot be held responsible for the quality of the products sold by the advertisers.

Without the present list being in any way restrictive, any user of the website undertakes among other things:

The website manager is not responsible for the possible spread of viruses in the event that, despite the precautionary measures taken, this should occur, and declines all responsibility for any damage caused by these viruses.
