3) PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

WINNIPEG collects your personal data to provide you with a safe, optimal and personal user experience. The processing of data is essential for the functioning of the business and the corresponding services. Personal data is processed by Winnipeg for specific purposes:

Your personal data are always processed for legitimate purposes as referred to in Article 3.

They are collected and processed in an appropriate, relevant and proportional manner, and are not kept longer than necessary to achieve the purposes pursued. During your visit to the shop and at your request, we can make sure inaccurate or incomplete information is rectified. You also have the right to have your personal data deleted in the following cases:

Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

You revoke your consent to the processing of your data and there is no other legal base for the processing of your data.

You have submitted a lawful complaint against the processing of your personal data.

Your data are processed unlawfully.

Your data must be deleted on the basis of a legal obligation.

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, for profiling purposes or for purposes resulting from the controller’s legitimate interests. WINNIPEG will stop processing your personal data, unless it can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate reasons for the processing of your personal data that prevail over your right to object to their processing.

If, as a user, you wish to exercise your rights, you must send a written request and proof of your identity by registered mail to the following address: Fabienne Frère, WINNIPEG, Route de Genval 18, 1380 Lasne or by email to winnipeg.be@gmail.com.
